Shirley Louise (Sellen) Cembrola, 93, of Warren, RI, formerly of Beach Street died, Wednesday, December 2, 2020, at the Grace Barker Nursing Center

She was the wife of the late Joseph Vincent Cembrola. a constant companion since their wedding in June 1948. She always referred to "joey " as her fifth grade sweetheart. They loved to travel near and far having several european adventures but enjoyed laughing and loving times with their family and close friends, the Protos and the Annunziatas.

Born in Warren, RI, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Anna (Charette) Sellen.

Mrs. Cembrola had worked for the Bristol Warren Gas Company, Citizens Bank and Mrs. Cembrola had worked as a secretary for Hugh Cole School for 10 years for her favorite boss Dr Lou Perella, retiring in 1993.

She is survived by two sons, Joseph K. Cembrola and his wife Joan of Woodstock, GA, and Robert M. Cembrola and his wife Rosemarie of Warren, RI, two grandchildren, Michael and Daniel and one great grandchild Camden.

She was the sister of the late Albert Sellen.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date

Burial was private.
