Blair, Vernon Scotty, 85, of Harris Ave., died Wednesday at the VA Medical Center. He was the husband of the late Eleanor (Gelosky) Blair. He was an engineer for Brown & Sharp. Beloved father of Paul and Stephanie Blair, John and Roberta Blair, and Timothy Blair, all of Warren; Patricia and Arthur Denton of Seekonk, and Bonnie Blair of Portsmouth. Brother of Paul Blair and Josephine Harden of Indiana. Grandfather of John, Jr., Melanie, Heather, Timothy, Jr., Paul Jr., and Kathryn. He also leaves seven great grandchildren. Arrangements are with Smith Funeral & Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Rd., Warren, where family will receive friends, Thursday 6-8pm.
