Obituary For Wayne R Johnson
Warren - Wayne R. Johnson, 58, of Warren died Sunday November 24 2019 at Hope Hospice in Providence. He was born in Providence a son of the late Raymond J. and Delores E. (Medeiros) Johnson. Wayne was a handyman for many years.
He has lived in Warren for over 57 years. Wayne was a former parishioner of St. Mary of the Bay Church. He liked watching the New England Patriots, NASCAR, and doing landscaping. Wayne was also a member of the local VFW.
He is survived by his dog Chico, who went everywhere with him, and his two brothers Raymond " Punky" and his wife Annmarie Johnson of Warren; Michael J. Johnson of California; and his sister Gale Fortin and her husband Joseph Fortin of Rehoboth,Ma. He also leaves his sister in law Debbie Johnson of Warren. Wayne is survived by a Niece, five nephews, four great nieces and five great nephews.
He was the brother of the late William Johnson
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service on Saturday November 30 2019 at 11:00am in the SMITH FUNERAL and MEMORIAL SERVICES, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren.
Burial will follow in St.Jean the Baptiste Cemetery, Vernon Street, Warren.
Calling hours are SATURDAY MORNING from 10:00am - 11:00am .
