Dear Elsie & family: although Mr. Cabral and my Dad never met despite being across the hall at Elmhurst Extended Care, they had a bond created by their families. My Mom and I would like to extend our sincerest sympathy to you and your family on the loss of Bill. May he Rest In Peace. Our prayers and thoughts are with you all.
