  I just found out about Billy's passing, I can't believe it. He was such a great guy, I haven't seen him in many years. I remember he was such a fun loving guy with a great sense of humor and a big Aerosmith fan. Every time I heard an Aerosmith song I thought of Billy. My deepest deepest condolences, RIP Billy.

  My sincere condolences to the entire Francis family, what a great loss that you all must bare. My heart has been heavy since I learned of Billy's passing. I have so many great and awesome memories of him. I hadn't seen Billy in a very long time but still felt his friendship would always remain exactly how it was 30 years ago. There will never be another. God bless all of you and Billy rest in everlasting peace my friend....3

  I loved Billy like a brother. He was always there for my mom when she needed him at the restaurant. He absolutely loved my baby girl, and Evie loved him too. The last time I saw Billy he told me to "give my little angel a big hug and kiss from Uncle Billy!" I gave her double hugs and kisses. You will be missed Billy, may God bless.

  I was so sad to hear of Billy leaving us so young... I have such great memories of Billy and my brother Jimi growing up next door to each other. We were "the neighborhood kids", and I know we will miss his happy spirit among us. I will always remember Billy and Jimi trading baggies of cereal all the time because they liked the kind the other mother bought better than the one their mother bought! I will remember Billy as someone who always brought a smile to my face, and I will miss that presence in this world. Rest in peace my friend.   We are so sorry to hear of Billy's passing - Joe and Billy shared so many memories and were like brothers growing up. We will never forget Billy's humor and his happy attitude, or the amazing meals that he used to cook. Our deepest condolence's to the entire family. Gone way to soon, but will never be forgotten.

Its hard to find the perfect words to comfort anyone that loses a loved one but I hope you can find some comfort in knowing that Billy touched so many lives with joy and laughter... he will be missed.
